Relationship (Teen) Abuse

Abuse can occur in any relationship where two people regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage- civil partnership, pregnancy, maternity, religon, belief, sex or sexual orientation are intimately or romantically involved.

Young people who are in a relationship can be subject to what would be considered domestic abuse.

They can experience physical, emotional, sexual and financial abuse.

Young people can also be abuse through social media sights, mobile phones,  picture messaging, sexual bullying and vicious rumours.

Any young person experiencing domestic abuse can receive information and support from our outreach workers.
